Rachel Spar
CRNP graduated  Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Biology from Yeshiva University in 2004. She then completed her BSN and MSN at Johns Hopkins University in 2009 and was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. She is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with special interest in adolescent health and lactation counseling. She joined our practice in 2010. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading, baking and spending time with her husband and 7 children.

Kenneth Tellerman, MD has practiced pediatrics in Baltimore for over 25 years. He trained in pediatrics at Johns Hopkins Medical Center and in behavioral pediatrics at University of Maryland Medical Center.

He currently serves as teaching faculty in the Department of Pediatrics at University of Maryland. Dr. Tellerman has been the Chairman of the Committee on Emotional Health for the Maryland Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics for over 20 years. He has received several awards from the Maryland AAP for his work on this committee as an advocate for improving mental health services to children and adolescents in Maryland.

Dr Tellerman has been instrumental in the development of the BI-PED  ( Brief Interventions Pediatrics), a mental health training tool for pediatric providers housed on the Maryland Chapter AAP website. He is also one of the co-leaders of the Maryland AAP Child Poverty Task  Force.

Dr Tellerman has also participated on a medical team each summer for over 15 years that provides health care to poor families and children in Honduras. He is currently the medical director of this non profit group called OCHO (Organization for Community Health Outreach).   He has overseen the team’s water purification project which built a water purification plant in the region. He is currently collaborating with a team of professionals from the Kennedy Krieger Institute to build  a school in Honduras for children with developmental disabilities. Dr Tellerman has been featured in Baltimore Magazine several times as one of Baltimore’s Top Docs. He lives in Baltimore with his wife and he has two daughters.  He is an avid photographer. He also enjoys running and has participated in the Baltimore Half Marathon for over 10 years.

Billie Ogunniyi, RN, DNP- PNP, received her bachelors in nursing degree from Towson university and completed her doctorate in nursing degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore. She started with the practice in September 2023 and looks forward to building relationships with our families, using a family-centered approach to provide quality care for our patients. As a former NICU nurse, her special interest area includes working with the families of preterm infants to track weight gain and developmental milestones. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter; they all love anything that involves music.

Chevella Campbell,CRMA  has 17 years of experience as a Medical Assistant. Chevy as she’s affectionately known as joined the practice in 2017. She has four beautiful daughters and three grand children who she loves dearly. In her spare time she runs her business (Chevy’s Sweets, LLC) where she creates delectable treats and party decor, she is also president of a community outreach organization (The Elite Dames) where they help’s provide inaccessible services and promotion of community unification.

Cassie LatheReceptionist, has worked as an office manager for over 20 years. She joined the practice running the front office in 2012. She is a mother of two who enjoys walking and spending time with family and friends.
