We are happy to inform you that we will be having flu shot clinic hours in October.
The dates and times are as follows:

October 21st: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

October 22nd: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM

October 28th: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
This will be a nurse-only visit. Nothing else will be discussed at this appointment — strictly flu vaccine only.
